🌿 Moral Story: True Power
In a peaceful village lived a wise and honest man named Harishankar. He always worked for the welfare of the villagers. With time, people respected him so much that they chose him as their village head.
Some rich and clever men in the village became jealous. They started spreading false rumors about Harishankar — saying he was stealing money or pretending to serve the people. But Harishankar never reacted with anger. He stayed calm and continued helping the villagers. Whenever someone was sick, he brought medicine. When a farmer lost his crop, he found ways to provide support.
Slowly, the people of the village began to realize the truth. They saw that the ones who only spread lies were doing nothing, but the one who worked silently was truly helping them. Eventually, people ignored the jealous men, and they lost all respect.
When the next election came, everyone again chose Harishankar as their leader. Even the youth of the village got inspired by him and started working for social good.
✅ Moral of the Story:
Real power does not come from position or money, but from winning people’s trust.
To stay respected in society and politics, honesty and service are most important.
Tricks and lies may give temporary power, but never true respect or long-term support.
