1.Have a glass of lukewarm water as soon as you wake up in the morning before freshening up between 5:00 am to 5:30 am.

2.Have a glass of lukewarm Cumin seeds/ Carom seeds/ Fenugreek seeds / Ginger/ Garlic or Lemon water
respectively after taking exercise/ surya namaskar/ pranayam/ meditation in fresh air between 5:30 am to 6:00 am.

3.For breakfast eat an Apple/ Papaya/ Guava/ Kiwi/ Sprouts or Dry fruits after having bath and prayer between 7:30 am to 8:00 am.

4.Have Radish/ Carrot/ Beet root/ Turnip / Tomato and Cucumber for Salad and roti made from jwar/ bajra/ jau/ wheat/ makka respectively added with beans and green veggies with your meal between 11:00 am to12:00 pm.

5.Have pure water in small quantities every hour.

6.Have some fruits between 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm.

7.Have coconut water before playing outdoor games between 5:00 pm to 6:00 pm.

8.Have a light dinner between 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm.                                                                                                                                                                            

9.Have a glass of lukewarm turmeric milk / trifala churna or isabgol with lukewarm pure water before going to bed between 9:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
