🫁 Lungs Detox Drink (Morning Remedy)
Ingredients (for 1 cup):

Ginger (adrak) – 1 inch grated

Cinnamon (dalchini) – 1 small stick (or ½ tsp powder)

Turmeric (haldi) – ½ tsp

Liquorice (mulethi) – ½ tsp powder (optional but best for cough & bronchitis)

Cayenne pepper (lal mirch powder) – 1 pinch (very little, helps open airways)

Lemon juice – 1 tsp

Honey (shahad) – 1 tsp

Water – 1½ cup

Preparation:

Boil water + ginger + dalchini + mulethi for 5–7 minutes on medium flame.

Add haldi and cayenne pepper, simmer for 1 more minute.

Turn off flame, let it cool for 1–2 minutes.

Strain the mixture, add lemon juice and honey (never add honey in hot water).

Drink it warm on an empty stomach in the morning or before bed.
